水泥井盖，水泥井盖是原来用的比较多的，多用于小区和不太明显的一些场合，水泥井盖的优点很明显，造价低，具有主动防盗性，不容易丢失，而且水泥井盖一般比较厚，也比较防盗。缺点是水泥井盖比较笨重，开启相对困难，承载力有限，重车碾压后容易龟裂、掉角。有些井盖盖着完好，打开以后就碎了，下水道堵塞，多数是由于水泥井盖破碎掉到井里引起的，所以水泥井盖不适合道路以及经常需要开启的检查井。
